Goobies a Goner :(

This picture was taken at my bachelor-ette party. Mikela and Jamie Kirschbaum were my brides maides and they threw me a little shower/party. I see this picture often because it is on my screen saver, but I really miss my sister!

When we were little, and still to this day, her nickname was always Goobie Girl, goobie, goobs or goober. We didn't always get along, but we were always friends. We played sports together and had lots of the same friends. We definitely got a lot closer when I moved out. Probably because we couldn't fight about clothes anymore :) She is now living all the way up in Salmon, ID. I just want her to know I love her and I miss her a lot! Come back and visit soon sista!

Home Sweet Home

Matt and I have both always thought that we live in the prettiest place on earth. We love Cache Valley and the beautiful mountains that surround us. Both of us are so glad to be from here.

Today is a really warm day and the snow is starting (just barely but hey...) to melt, and it just makes me really ready for spring and summer. We love going on camping trips just about everyweekend. We have favorite spots, but pretty much anywhere flat enough to put a tent is good for us. I can't wait for enough snow to melt that we can at least get up in the mountains.

Taxes...yeah!

So I just want to say how happy I am for my taxes to have come back! Matt and I had a very nice weekend just catching up on bills, and doing a little shopping with our tax return money. It was nice to go buy a couple things we have been wanting. I thought this picture is really cute...Rigdon, my nephew, with his first black eye! I felt bad for the little guy, but it is such a cute picture!

We had a really nice Valentines day, we made dinner with some friends and played games. Matt gave me a jewelry making kit that I have wanted for a long time. I can't believe he remembered I had asked for it like a year ago! I have made a couple of cute pairs of earrings. He also gave me a really pretty shirt. I have recently ventured into the world of high heels. Thanks to Mom and Emily. They both have given me some heels, and I told Matt I wanted a "girlie" shirt to go with heels. He did a great job picking it out. I gave him a shirt and made him Mini Meat Loaves...Mmmmmm!!!

We also just watched Failure to Launch and it was very funny and a really cute movie! I was teasing Matt that his parents hired me to get him to "launch" away from their house :) Of course though, his parents were very sad to have him leave home. I just hope they know he's in good hands. Thats all for now. Hope everyone is taking care. Thanks for dinner and all the goods Em, Trev, and Estella. We had a lot of fun with you guys!

I miss my Valentine :(

I am just missing my Valentine today. But I want to wish everyone a happy Valentines day, and tell Matt: thanks for being my valentine baby! XOXOXO THis Picture was taken around Valentines day 2 years ago. My weve grown :) You are my Heart...

newlywed bliss

Were the Rowberrys. Matt and Megan. We were married on 4-14-2007 in Providence, Utah. I am starting this blog for fun, and because my friend Angela has a very cute page. She inspired me. This is a picture of Matt and I at our reception on 6-16-2007.

Let me tell you a little about us: we started dating in Feb on 2005 and are celebrating 3 years together in just about 4 days. He is the love of my life and somehow understands everything about me. Even if I don't make sense to myself :) We met while I was working at Bell's Chevron and he was a regular customer. He and I had a mad crush on each other, but unfortunately for the first 4 months or so I was "tied up". As soon as i ditched the old guy, I called Matt and the rest is history. We got engaged in March 2007 and were married only a short time later. It was beutiful. We went on our honeymoon to Bear Lake, fishing, 4 wheeling and having a big time. (Im a very tolerant wife :) ) We live in Logan, Ut. I work for ConService (a utility billing company) and Matty does siding for Bob's Siding.

We love both of our families to death, and fortunately we get to see them both just about whenever we want. We have quite a few neices and nephews on the Rowberry side, but only one little nephew on the Dyer side. (thanks for my older brother and sister-in-law) The most handsome Rigdon Trever Dyer is 15 months old, and I often forget that he isn't my baby... But seriously, I love him and my other neices and nephews to death.
That is about the nutshell version...I will post more later, I am just trying to get a feel for this blog stuff.
